Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth in our Fire & Security sector. As a key member of the Boden Group team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing our company professionally.
The Role- Drive business growth through proactive sales strategies and excellent relationship management.
- Represent our company's comprehensive range of fire and security products to clients nationwide.
- Manage and develop the existing client portfolio to ensure retention and growth.
You will conduct fire and security audits at client premises, provide tailored recommendations, and build compelling proposals to negotiate deals and meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure seamless project delivery. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity through research and analysis is also essential.
About You- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the fire and security industry.
- A strong network of industry contacts and exceptional communication skills.
- A deep understanding of fire and security technologies and solutions, as well as a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Candidates should possess proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, have a valid driver's license, and be flexible to travel as required. This role requires an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
