Commercial Operations Director

As a Commercial Operations Director at Go2personnel Solutions, you will play a key role in driving commercial success by overseeing commercial operations, ensuring that all activities align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong focus on cost control and the ability to develop effective strategies that enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of service in the Telecoms industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
* Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.
* Manage budgets and forecasts, implementing effective cost control measures to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to secure favourable terms, leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
* Prepare reports on commercial performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy.
* Lead and mentor the commercial team, providing guidance and support to help individuals achieve their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the business.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism throughout all aspects of the role.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role within the Telecoms industry, with a strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
* Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successful contract management and a proven ability to negotiate favourable terms with clients and suppliers.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions, staying ahead of the competition and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best work.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and provide clear, concise updates on commercial performance and progress.
* Relevant degree or professional qualification in business management or a related field is preferred, although not essential for consideration.
About the Salary
