We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team at M Group Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing strategies to secure new contracts and expand our customer base.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that address emerging trends and customer needs, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify gaps and opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to build trust and ensure seamless collaboration, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a business development or commercial growth role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven strategies and securing new business contracts.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the utilities sector is an advantage, but not essential. What's crucial is your ability to quickly grasp industry dynamics and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Proven sales growth experience and a minimum of five years' responsibility in customer-facing roles, with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration, and management.
