**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and market share on Amazon for designated accounts by the Directors of the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Ares Project’s customers' goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Amazon marketplace for Ares Projects to improve customer experience and results.
- Develop and manage relationships with key Agency Directors, Senior Management, Account Managers, and Advertising Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with key members of Creative, Operations, and Advertising to ensure successful implementation of the approved strategies to improve revenue and overall ranking on the platform for the designated accounts.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement for Ares Projects and its customers.
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies, programs, and tools, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies for the agency and its customers on the Amazon platform.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to customers regarding pricing, promotions, and inventory management (where applicable).
- The strategist will be in charge of the direction of the new brands joining Ares Projects and will participate in the onboarding call with the customer.
- Strategist will be in charge of the Launch Brief meeting
- Participate in Leadership Calls.
- Participate in Team Meetings.
- Participate in Educational Meetings.
- Interview & train (if applicable) potential new team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or in a similar role.
- Previous experience working in eCommerce, particularly Amazon, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Pay: From £36,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
