Do you have a passion for content creation and want to work for a company with big ambitions? Public Nectar is looking for a talented content creator to join their fast-growing team and help their clients stand out amongst the crowd with stunning UGC style video creatives.

**WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO**

Our expert team of 17 will continue to help you grow your skills to new heights Your goal as a will be to create eye-catching UGC content that will generate high conversions for clients and grab the attention of any type of audience. You’ll have autonomy over your work and will be given the space to experiment and innovate with your videos. The team is obsessed with being better every single day, and they do this by sharing their expertise and collaborating to achieve data-driven results.

**HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Producing high-converting UGC video content for our diverse book of clients
- Closely collaborating with our creative strategist to ensure our video development & iteration is based on data driven insights
- Managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality UGC content on time and with attention to detail, ensuring that all clients' needs are met
- Continuously experimenting with new ideas and strategies to create better results for clients
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and digital marketing so you’re always on top of all new practices

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have at least 1 years of experience in creating high performance UGC content for brands
- You have strong expertise working with a variety of video editing platforms
- You have a portfolio to showcase your work and will be able to share it with us - across both paid or organic advertising
- You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that’s thrown at you
- You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
- You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
- You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others

**INTERVIEW PROCESS**

Stage 1: Jump on a call with our team that will last 30 minutes

Stage 2: Short assignment to see your skillset and your style of working

Stage 3: Call with Lewis Lindsay (founder of Public Nectar) to hear all about the insights from the team

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
