Responsibilities:

  1. Lead sales efforts, focusing on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.
  2. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
  3. Bilateralize customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and driving long-term growth.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager, leveraging your expertise and innovative approach.
  5. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  7. Leverage CRM software to track opportunities, manage contacts, and analyze sales performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven sales leadership skills, with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
  • A strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and a passion for staying current with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to travel within the UK and overseas as needed.
