Business Development Manager Position

A leading manufacturer and service provider of microwave and optics equipment seeks a Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the UK and Ireland markets. As a key member of the team, you will oversee diverse sales activities, developing business opportunities for microwave radio equipment, optics equipment, services, and solutions. This is a remote role based in the UK, requiring occasional travel to meet customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong sales experience in the microwave radio or optics equipment markets, with a proven track record of driving business growth. The ideal candidate should be a driven individual looking to contribute to the company's long-term success and growth in a technically demanding market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development for Microwave Radio and Optics Equipment
• Management of the whole sales process
• Travel to customer sites to develop business opportunities

Requirements:
• Sales Experience in Microwave Radio/Optics Equipment market
• Strong understanding of technical and business requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Based in the UK, Full UK Driving License

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + OTE Bonus + Training + Pension + Car Allowance
