Reward Operations Professional Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Operations Professional to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the embedding of our client's reward strategy by working on projects that enhance the current activities and capabilities of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for salary benchmarking for new roles, promotions, internal transfers, and out-of-cycle increases.
  • First point of contact for Reward queries.
  • Responsible for Compensation Auditing.
  • Assistance with the Job Catalogue, including salary survey submissions, training, and presentation.
  • Compensation Reporting, including Recognition, Promotions, Increase stats.
  • Support in Reward activities and initiatives, including benefits reviews, process reviews, pay frameworks, and pay analysis.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Exposure to compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, or HR operations is desirable. A passion for a career in Reward, analytical and problem-solving skills, intermediate Excel skills, and high organisational abilities are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
