Mondrian Alpha, a market leading hedge fund with an impressive AUM of billions of dollars, is undergoing rapid expansion. As a result, we are seeking a skilled Global Rewards Professional to join our London office.

This newly created role will play a pivotal part in the development of our rapidly growing rewards function, working closely with our Global Head to design and implement strategic initiatives for benefits on a global scale. You will be responsible for managing relationships with benefits vendors and using internal HRIS reporting systems to make data-driven decisions for the best new benefits packages.

In this key role, you will also work on Ad Hoc + project-focused tasks, tracking emerging trends in the hedge fund industry, assessing competitive and regulatory landscapes, and articulating potential impacts. Additionally, you will identify and propose improvements to existing benefits processes, tools, and programs to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

To succeed in this position, you should have 2-5 years of relevant experience working directly in 'benefits' or in a HR generalist role that includes benefits as part of your remit. While FS experience is preferred, we are open to industry. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid academic background, are essential.

We offer a highly attractive increase on base salary, a bonus that can make up a large % of base, and a strong proportion of which can be guaranteed as minimum for year one. A top pension and healthcare package, plus a sign-on bonus, are also included. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work week with 2 days wfh + remote work during August.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
