About the Role

We are looking for a talented Reward and Benefits Manager to join our team at Annapurna. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our global reward strategy, which includes managing reward projects, performing data analysis, and driving process improvement. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the firm's global reward strategy
- Manage several reward projects
- Analyze complex data and present findings to stakeholders
- Improve processes and align with Reward within the firm

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Compensation and Reward, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
