Executive Reward Specialist

Sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment are evolving rapidly, and Entain is at the forefront of this change. As an Executive Reward Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our remuneration strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Head of Reward to provide support to the Reward function, focusing on Entain's Remuneration Committee and regulatory filing requirements.
- Develop and implement best-in-class processes to meet reporting and governance obligations.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues in other teams, such as Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance.
- Collate data for inclusion in the DRR and other regulatory filing requirements, ensuring auditor sign-off.
- Work closely with the Head of Reward to establish processes for data collation, RemCo, Gender Pay Gap, and liaise with external advisors for compliance and improvement.
- Lead Compensation deliverables and support projects, including RFP for various platforms.
- Support annual pay review discussions, considering market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory local compensation requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes in reward and external market trends, highlighting existing reward policies and procedures that may be impacted.
- Knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and Corporate Governance Code.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and project management skills.
- Relationship building skills with the ability to navigate a global, matrix organization.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and process-oriented skills.
- Experience gained in a global executive compensation consultancy practice or FTSE100.
