About the Role

Page Executive is seeking a talented Total Rewards Specialist to join our team in the EMENA region. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and administering total rewards policies and programs for the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation design, analysis, and administration, including experience with the design of incentive programs for professional and hourly employees. You will also possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Total Rewards Analyst and HR Business Partners to provide guidance and administer compensation actions for the EMENA region.
  • Lead the annual compensation planning process for the region and coordinate with local and regional HRBPs.
  • Educate HRBPs, supervisors, and managers on all benefits and compensation programs.
  • Advise management on appropriate resolutions for benefits/compensation related issues.
  • Recommend, conduct, and participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and maintain competitive compensation levels in the local market.
  • In collaboration with the HRBP and/or Labor Relations COE, develop benefits/compensation proposals as part of union negotiation processes.
  • Complete benefits/pay practice studies to ensure EMENA is in compliance with local benefits and that compensation regulations are competitive and aligned with prevailing practices in the market.
  • Manage and maintain salary structures (Global Grading), analyze salary survey data, and develop merit budget recommendations, market reference points, and variable compensation elements.
  • Develop and generate reports to support key HR processes and perform necessary audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with effective time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong background in compensation design, analysis, and administration, including experience with the design of incentive programs for professional and hourly employees.
  • Proficiency in the use of PC software tools for analysis, audits, reports, and presentations.
