Total Rewards Strategy

The Total Rewards Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy for the EMENA region. This includes designing and administering compensation plans, as well as providing guidance on benefits and compensation programs to HRBPs, supervisors, and managers. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of compensation design, analysis, and administration, with experience in incentive programs for professional and hourly employees.

As a Total Rewards Leader, you will play a key role in shaping our total rewards strategy and ensuring that our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies for the EMENA region.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation actions.
  • Lead annual compensation planning processes, coordinating with local and regional HRBPs.
  • Educate HRBPs, supervisors, and managers on all benefits and compensation programs.
  • Advise management on appropriate resolutions for benefits/compensation-related issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, or related field.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, including effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong background in compensation design, analysis, and administration, including experience with incentive programs for professional and hourly employees.
  • Proficiency in PC software tools for analysis, audits, reports, and presentations.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
