Executive Reward Strategist

The Arup people function is undergoing a period of transformation. As the Executive Reward Manager, you will report to the Global Reward Director and sit within the Reward Community of Expertise (CoE).

You will be responsible for delivering reward activity for senior executives and ensuring adherence to corporate governance and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing for key Remuneration Committee meetings, handling everything from planning agendas and papers to compensation modelling and benchmarking
  • Ensuring adherence to the UK Corporate Governance Code while refining remuneration policies
  • Leading the annual reward review for senior executives and managing the delivery of tailored packages
  • Overseeing reward activities for senior leadership, including pay benchmarking and promotions

A trusted advisor, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in key projects to operationalize the global reward strategy. Additionally, you will coach and mentor a team of specialists to drive a high-performing Reward CoE.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits to support health and wellbeing, career development, and work-life balance.
