About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Enterprise Growth Strategist to focus on the renewal and expansion of existing client accounts. This role involves driving value that leads to expansion, renewals, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, a successful track record, and polished presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing revenue within existing accounts by renewing client contracts and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Establishing a deep understanding of our value message and leveraging data in our platform to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Selling to multiple stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Operations, and C-Suite executives.
  • Conducting well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product.
  • Partnering with the Client Success team to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform.
  • Tracking opportunity and customer details in Salesforce.
  • Preparing and writing tenders, RFPs, and sales documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals by growing existing business or bringing in new business in the high-tech/SaaS space.
  • Ability to consistently overachieve targets in a B2B sales environment with organizations between 500 and 2,500 employees.
  • Consistent delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management.
  • Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow-up skills.
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
  • Exceptional Salesforce hygiene to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Experience of self-generating sales opportunities resulting in closed/won revenue.
  • Excellent discovery, qualification, and needs analysis skills.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Proven growth mindset with a focus on coachability and continuous learning.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
