Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and driving the executive reward process for our organization.

Your primary focus will be on assisting the VP Reward in the executive reward process, including drafting and checking papers, working materials, and backup analysis. You will also be responsible for managing analysis and drawing conclusions for target setting, remuneration benchmarking, and valuation of benefits and equity awards.

In addition, you will provide support for the assessment, design, implementation, and review of our global career framework at senior levels. You will also perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the executive reward process, including drafting and checking papers, working materials, and backup analysis.
  • Manage analysis and draw conclusions for target setting, remuneration benchmarking, and valuation of benefits and equity awards.
  • Provide support for the assessment, design, implementation, and review of our global career framework at senior levels.
  • Perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design.
  • Identify best practices and emerging trends in executive compensation.
