Executive Reward Manager

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled Executive Reward Manager to support the development of our executive reward strategy, policy, and processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring objective and informed decision-making on executive reward and governance.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of executive reward from a consultancy background and/or an established in-house reward team. You will possess a good understanding of some or all of the regulatory framework, corporate governance, share plans, and tax and legal aspects of executive reward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director Executive Reward on the delivery of the Directors' Remuneration Report, related year-end reporting, and audit requirements.
- Support the Director Executive Reward and the VP Reward on the delivery of the Remuneration Committee agenda, including drafting papers and supporting materials.
- Deliver data analysis in relation to executive reward, applying insight to draw conclusions and make robust recommendations.
- Develop and implement documentation and tools for new hires and promotions for roles within the remit of the Remuneration Committee and other senior hires.
- Manage all executive benchmarking requirements, including survey participation.
- Lead data analysis for the delivery of gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.

- Strong analytical and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel to an advanced level.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborative and enjoys working with others and building strong stakeholder relationships.
