Executive Reward Specialist

Burberry is a purpose-driven brand that aims to provide an environment for creative minds to thrive. As the Executive Reward Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our executive reward strategy, policy, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director Executive Reward in delivering the Directors' Remuneration Report, year-end reporting, and audit requirements, including AGM and shareholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Director Executive Reward and the VP Reward to deliver the Remuneration Committee agenda, including drafting papers and supporting materials, and obtaining cross-functional input.
- Support the Director Executive Reward and the VP Reward in delivering the annual executive reward review.
- Deliver data analysis on executive reward, applying insight to draw conclusions and make robust recommendations.
- Develop and implement documentation and tools for new hires and promotions within the Remuneration Committee's remit and other senior hires.
- Manage executive benchmarking requirements, including survey participation.
- Lead data analysis for gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc executive reward queries and undertake analysis and projects for the VP Reward and Director Executive Reward.
- Previous experience in executive reward from a consultancy background or an established in-house reward team, including a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, share plans, and tax and legal aspects of executive reward.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Highly motivated and proactive.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel to an advanced level.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborative and enjoys working with others and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience of adopting a mindset of continuous improvement to make current ways of working more efficient and effective.
