Executive Reward Manager

Burberry is seeking a highly skilled Executive Reward Manager to support the development of our executive reward strategy, policy, and processes. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with the Director Executive Reward and the VP Reward to ensure objective and informed decision-making on executive reward and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the annual executive reward review
  • Delivering data analysis and insights to inform executive reward decisions
  • Developing and implementing documentation and tools for new hires and promotions
  • Managing executive benchmarking requirements
  • Leading data analysis for gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in executive reward, strong analytical and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
