Executive Reward Manager

Sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment is evolving, and Entain is leading the change. As an Executive Reward Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Reward to provide support to the Reward function, focusing on Entun's Remuneration Committee and regulatory filing requirements. You will have the opportunity to shape the function and develop best-in-class processes, ensuring compliance with reporting and governance obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on executive reward and governance matters.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues in other teams, such as Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance.
- Draft papers for the Remuneration Committee, obtaining input and approval from internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Collate data for inclusion in the DRR and other regulatory filing requirements, ensuring auditor sign-off.
- Work with the Head of Reward to establish processes for data collation, liaising with external advisors for compliance and improvement.
- Lead compensation deliverables and support projects, including RFPs for various platforms.
- Support annual pay review discussions, considering market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
- Ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory local compensation requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and external market trends, highlighting impact on reward policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and Corporate Governance Code.
- Excellent attention to detail, planning, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to navigate a global, matrix organisation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and process-oriented skills.
- Knowledge and experience gained in a global executive compensation consultancy practice or FTSE100.
