Deputy Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Monsoon Boutique in Waterloo Station. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing and developing the store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions.
  • Monitor and control controllable costs, ensuring they are in line with budget and maximizing local market opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the Store Manager to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Store Manager or similar role in a boutique environment.
  • Strong business acumen and creative thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store environment.
