Job Description
  • Support to Senior Team: Provide high-level support to our senior executive and their team.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as required.
  • Documentation Management: Process visa requests and manage travel documents.
  • Financial Management: Oversee expense and invoice management using systems like Concur.
  • Office Projects: Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Background: At least three consecutive years in a similar role, preferably in private equity or investment banking.
  • Skill Set: Strong communication and organizational skills, with expertise in MS Office Suite.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Work-Life Balance

1-day remote work arrangement.

Compensation Package

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
