We are seeking an experienced High-Level Office Coordinator to support our senior executive and their team.

Job Description- Support to Senior Team: Provide high-level support to our senior executive and their team.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as required.
- Documentation Management: Process visa requests and manage travel documents.
- Financial Management: Oversee expense and invoice management using systems like Concur.
- Office Projects: Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects.
- Background: At least three consecutive years in a similar role, preferably in private equity or investment banking.
- Skill Set: Strong communication and organizational skills, with expertise in MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
1-day remote work arrangement.
Compensation Package$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
