Futures Recruitment Services is looking for a High-Level Office Coordinator to support their Exec team. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and managing high volumes of appointments and meetings
  • Preparing in-depth expense reports and board documentation
  • Planning and coordinating events, conferences, and offsites
  • Managing video calls and international travel arrangements
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Providing administrative support for the Exec team, including dealing with calls and follow-ups
  • Undertaking HR projects and team administration tasks

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential in building effective relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

Futures Recruitment Services requires applicants to have previous experience as an EA or in a similar administrative role. You should have C-Suite or CEO/Chief of Staff experience and possess excellent oral and written project and stakeholder management skills.
