Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at ISE Partners. As a senior executive assistant, you will provide high-level organizational support to the Managing Director, including managing diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging international travel, and ensuring efficient communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Contribute to team engagement through event planning and offsites.
- Collaborate with the wider Assistant team for global events and team culture development.
Requirements:
- Experience as an EA in an investment environment or similar.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, international work environment with high expectations.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and passion for making an impact.
Salary Range:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per annum.
- An excellent benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan.
- Annual bonus eligibility based on performance.
