Guest Experience Executive Job Description
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Executive at Raffles London at The OWO, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.
Responsibilities
To provide professional and courteous service to our guests, consistently meeting and exceeding the high standards set by LQA and Forbes.
To take a proactive approach in resolving guest complaints, inquiries, or concerns, escalating situations as necessary to ensure a seamless experience.
To maintain accurate knowledge of hotel operations and events, ensuring you can provide guests with up-to-date information.
To assist with delivering exceptional service to guests making Food & Beverage reservations, ensuring that these are handled in a professional manner.
To maintain a high level of organisational skills, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
To perform additional duties as required or assigned, including working in different departments or restaurants.
Requirements
Experience with OPERA PMS, Alliants, Knowcross, and Alcatel PBX or equivalent systems.
A degree in Hospitality Management from an accredited educational institution.
At least one year's experience within a luxury hotel environment.
Ability to demonstrate previous experience in understanding the requirements for functioning within a high-performing team.
