Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our guest experience efforts and ensure that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories. You will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. The Role:

  • Assist the Aura Manager in all duties and responsibilities of the Department, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Anticipate and identify guest and VIPs' expectations, providing personalized attention to meet and exceed their needs.
  • Maintain full knowledge about the product and current promotional activities to propose up sells and cross sells whenever possible.
  • Guide the Guest Service Line team in efficiently complying with departmental operational processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and customized experiences.
  • Prepare and check for VIP's arrival and assist in VIP's arrival & departures, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and impeccable timing.
  • Train new employees on all aspects related to the Hotel business and departmental duties, fostering a culture of growth and development.
