Cycas Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Agent to work in the brand new Courtyard by Marriott London City Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
  • Securing payment; activating/reissuing room keys.
  • Ensuring rates match market codes, documenting exceptions.
  • Verifying/adjusting billing for guests.

You will also be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
