The Peninsula London seeks an exceptional Guest Experience Executive - Nights to provide unparalleled service to our guests, visitors, and residents during nighttime hours. This role is a fundamental position that focuses on delivering impeccable service in line with our Peninsula Service Principles.

This key role requires the ability to continuously improve guest experiences at night and live and breathe the Peninsula Service Principles. Key accountabilities include striving for better service standards, anticipating guest needs, and taking responsibility for operational challenges within the Guest Experience Team.

  • Co-ordinate with Rooms Controller, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure all rooms are ready for occupation and maintained in excellent condition
  • Establish close guest contact and handle discounts and credits in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Experience and knowledge of hotel operations through a similar position, ideally with proven management experience within a luxury hotel environment
  • High proficiency in relevant computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office, with exceptional knowledge of front office auditing and accounting procedures
