Job Details

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive training and development opportunities, health and wellness benefits, and free car parking.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of up to ten customer service agents, focusing on:

  • Motivating and developing team members through coaching and feedback.
  • Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve results.
  • Handling customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
