Salary: £29,973.90 per year (fixed-term contract)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to our membership team. This includes ensuring effective communication and member services, as well as undertaking delivery across various policy and knowledge portfolios.

You will work closely with our teams to provide a link between our groups, representatives, staff, and the wider policy environment. Your expertise in policy development and advocacy will be invaluable in summarizing policy developments, supporting members' input to consultations, and leading on aspects of our responsibility for supporting the voice of the sector in Highland.
