Job Description

We are seeking a Network Co-ordinator to join our passionate team for a five-year fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend. This part-time role will work 22.5 hours per week over three days, providing support to community sports groups in rural areas of the Scottish Highlands.

The Job
  • Support community sports groups in building relationships and facilitating collaborative networks.
  • Address the challenges of rural deprivation, helping groups create opportunities for young people to become physically active.
  • Establish sustainable solutions that benefit the area and its people beyond the five years of the project.
About You
  • Experience executing clear strategies for engagement, recruitment, and support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of capacity building practices, such as fundraising and organisational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
