Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that will provide administrative support to our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support
    Manage office operations, answer calls, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and ensure seamless workflows.
  2. Handle correspondence, data entry and ensure records are updated and accurate.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations and documents as required.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support.
  5. Marketing Assistance
    Assist in creating, scheduling and tracking social media content.
  6. Contribute to promoting the company's services.
  7. Organise marketing campaigns, email newsletters, events and promotions.
  8. Contribute with website updates, blog posts and online content management.
  9. Monitor customer trends, feedback and satisfaction levels.
  10. Complete projects related to branding, content creation and social media marketing.
  11. Assist in identifying areas of opportunity.
What You'll Need
  1. Proven experience in an administrative or marketing assistant role.
  2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Self-motivated and hardworking.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication, IT skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
