Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Construction & Property Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and data entry, ensuring records are updated and accurate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.


Marketing Assistance
You will assist in creating, scheduling, and tracking social media content across platforms. Contribute to promoting the company's services by organizing marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, events, and promotions. You will also contribute with website updates, blog posts, and other online content management. Additionally, monitor customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels. This is a full-time role, however part-time will be considered.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.
