Highland Network Specialist at Sported: We are now looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Highland Network Specialist. This fixed-term contract (five years) offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships and facilitating collaborative networks among community sports groups in rural areas of the Scottish Highlands. Your primary objective will be to address the challenges of rural deprivation and create life-changing opportunities for young people.

In this role, you will work closely with our insight team to deliver data-based insights and maintain accurate project administration. You will also be responsible for establishing sustainable solutions that benefit the area and its people beyond the five years of the project. Benefits include flexible working arrangements, access to a pension scheme, virtual Diversity & Inclusion Open Space every month, two additional days of personal leave per year for religious holidays and/or wellbeing days, and up to five days of paid study leave for self-funded education/training.

To succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of capacity building practices, such as fundraising and organisational development.
