About Us

Inspiration Trust is a leading provider of education services, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As an Education Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students who require additional guidance and supervision.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and support pupils who have been placed in the Behaviour Room, providing immediate assistance during behavioural incidents and working closely with staff, parents and pupils to facilitate a smooth return to the learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, a good basic level of education preferably including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, and experience working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with diverse groups of individuals.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a salary of £25,935 to £28,134 per annum pro-rata, fixed term until 31st August 2025, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
