Behaviour Management Specialist and Deputy Head

We are seeking a Behaviour Management Specialist and Deputy Head to join our school community. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in behaviour management and pastoral care, and a passion for improving pupil wellbeing.
About the Role:
- Design and implement effective behaviour management strategies to improve pupil wellbeing.
- Lead a team focused on creating positive, inclusive learning environments.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behaviour management policies.
- Contribute to school leadership, upholding the school's Catholic ethos and values.
- Mentor and coach teachers to improve their behaviour management skills.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive teaching experience.
- Proven track record in school leadership, particularly in behaviour management and pastoral care.
- Inspirational leader with a focus on pupil wellbeing and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Committed to fostering inclusive learning environments that support every child's development.
