Job Title: Care Home Deputy Manager

Your Role:

In this Deputy Home Manager position, you will be responsible for leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of providing outstanding care and support to our residents.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin and eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • A proven track record of leading a nursing team and delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A strong understanding of care planning, clinical compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Living in the UK with a valid passport or permit to work.
