Care Home Operations Manager

About the RoleIn this role, you'll assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that care standards meet or exceed expectations. You'll oversee the care team, guide their development, and assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Care Team Leadership: Supervising and training care staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care plans.
- Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with residents' families and external organisations.
- Ability to engage with residents and understand their individual care needs.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and referral pathways for vulnerable adults.
- CQC Compliance: Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with families, care professionals, and the staffing team.
- Resident Involvement: Ability to promote resident and family involvement in developing and reviewing care plans.
Essential: NMC-registered nurse with relevant experience.
