The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of up to £60,000 per annum, with a monthly car allowance.



About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our care homes in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting.



Main Responsibilities



  • Developing excellent relationships with key contacts in our regions, specifically targeting the private market
  • Actively leading Sales & Business Development activities for all branches
  • Ensuring all services are fully resourced through effective recruitment management
  • Undertaking regular audits of our branches to ensure financial and operational processes are appropriately implemented
  • Undertaking one-to-one reviews with branch managers to enhance and develop their business areas and skills


Key Requirements



  • Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives
  • Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
