The TRCGroup is recruiting a Care Home Management Lead to oversee the daily operations of a nursing home in Wroxham. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Home Manager seeking an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in managing a nursing home and be familiar with CQC standards.

About the Home

The home is a regulated business, and we expect the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and be familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager and Administrator, as well as Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working towards achieving Outstanding ratings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors.
