About the Role:
  • You will work collaboratively with students, teachers, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • You will implement effective behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques to promote student well-being.
  • You will provide individualised support to students with varying needs, adapting to their unique requirements and preferences.
  • You will maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour.
