Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team at Strategy Education.

This is an ongoing contract with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have Autism (ASC), ADHD, and/or Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual needs of pupils and follow EHCPs.
• Evaluate and report pupils' progress to teachers, carers, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage challenging behaviour in a positive and calm way.

Requirements:
• Experience in specialist or mainstream settings considered.
• Good communication skills and ability to see through behaviour essential.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
