We are seeking a skilled Education Support Assistant with specialisms in SEN to join our team of teaching professionals. As an Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.

Job Description
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
