Educational Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Simply Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a caring individual to support students with special educational needs in a SEN environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to students
- Assist students with daily tasks, such as managing their time and completing assignments
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to help students build confidence and self-esteem
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £21,709.61 - £22,388.59 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Location and Hours:
This role is based in Quidenham, Norwich, and involves working 40 hours per week, term-time only. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of the school.
