We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Education Support Specialist to work as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across Norwich and Norfolk.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting student learning and maintaining a safe and productive learning environment. Your duties will include assisting teachers in the classroom, managing student behavior, and leading lessons when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or a passion for education, and be able to demonstrate their ability to engage students in learning activities. We are looking for someone who is flexible, committed to supporting student learning, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Our client, 4myschools Ltd, requires a professional and reliable individual who can provide high-quality support to their schools. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with teachers and students, and possess a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.

This is a freelance opportunity, with rates ranging from £90 to £100 per day, depending on the specific school and assignment. You will need to be available to work flexible days, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekends or evening work.
