Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Students with Autism and Complex Needs

We are looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, and/or Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a tailored learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To assess individual student needs and develop strategies to meet these requirements.
  2. To evaluate and report student progress to relevant stakeholders.
  3. To manage challenging behavior in a safe and supportive manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ASC, ADHD, and SEMH needs and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team making a positive impact on student outcomes.
