Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive teaching experience.
- Proven track record in school leadership, particularly in behaviour management and pastoral care.
- Inspirational leader with a passion for pupil wellbeing and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and high-performing team.
