Wayman Learning Trust is a highly regarded educational establishment in Norfolk, known for its excellent behaviour and able students. We are seeking an experienced English teacher to join our successful English department, teaching GCSE English on a full-time basis.
About the RoleWe require an exceptional English teacher with excellent subject knowledge to teach GCSE English to students. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification with QTS and the ability to work within the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lesson planning and delivery to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assessment and recording of student achievement.
- Classroom management and resource allocation to create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment.
- Maintaining positive discipline and promoting student wellbeing and progress.
- Developing positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students through effective communication.
