About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our partner school in Norfolk. As an English Teacher for SEN Students, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver inclusive English lessons for students with SEMH and complex needs
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as required
  • Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment to promote academic and personal growth
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialist knowledge in teaching English to students with SEN such as SEMH and Complex needs
  • Prior teaching experience, preferably working with students with SEN
