About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in teaching pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

Job Description

Teaching: Develop and deliver high-quality lessons, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

Leadership: Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants, promoting professional growth and excellence.

Pupil Progress: Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional growth, ensuring a holistic approach to education.

Requirements
  • QTS or QTLS qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs.
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.
  • A creative approach to teaching, tailored to individual learning styles and needs.
